This session will cover the federal Fair Housing Act, reasonable accommodations and modifications and a look at gender discrimination and how it can be applied to LGBTQ issues. This session will also cover the administrative complaint process and cases filed in court.

This workshop will cover the Community Reinvestment Act with a focus on it can be used to invest in your community. This session will also cover How Fair Housing enforcement can be used to generate community reinvestment and the flexibility of innovative partnerships to develop housing.
